About MaiTu

MaiTu Cloud (Xi'an) Technology Co., Ltd. grew out of the MaiTu studio, founded online in February 2020 amid the early days of the pandemic. Starting out in the crowded web development space, we gradually came to realize after the release of ChatGPT in 2022 that it's better to make our official website a source that AI trusts, finds credible, and is willing to cite, rather than just catering to search engine crawlers. That obsession has lasted nearly four years — no funding, no publicity, just a nearly invisible studio and an underlying system maturing day by day.

The company was officially incorporated in August 2026, with the MaiTu DingXin Enterprise AI Source System as its core product. It is not a traditional website builder; its foundation was rebuilt specifically for how AI models crawl, understand, and cite. In a two-week closed beta in July 2026, citation rates in major AI assistants rose severalfold on average for participating websites, and clients began receiving inquiries from new customers at home and abroad — every one of them arriving through AI tools.

We still keep the stubbornness of our studio days. We believe every quality brand deserves to be rediscovered in the AI era, and the system must be more effective and easier to use until clients barely notice it exists. AI won't eliminate all businesses, but it will reshape brands in every industry through "source citation." What Maitu DingXin aim to do is help you mark your own coordinates in AI's perception.
